University Goal(s) Supported:
THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE STUDENT. In seeking to meet the needs of whole persons, the University provides a wide variety of intellectual, social, and religious activities that serve a developmental function in students. These include… chapel emphases…,annual fall and spring revival services…”
SERVICE TO GOD AND HUMANITY. The University promotes its ideal of service through emphases on social concerns, the Office of Compassionate Ministries and organizations of the Associated Student Government (ASG), chapel programming, and special events such as the annual Festival of Youth in Missions.
Intended Educational (Student) Outcomes:
1. Students will listen to the voice of God through engaging in a graduated series of critical questions.
2. Students will have opportunity to discover God’s will for their lives by participating in increasingly engaging spiritual practices.
3. Students will embrace God’s mission of redemption in the world.
